Santech develops mobile remote management solutions for home care service companies for seniors (SAAD, SSIAD, SPASAD, CCAS...)
The managers of the structure can simply plan and manage the teams’ routes to the beneficiaries’ homes. The solution gives stakeholders a clear visualization of the missions to be carried out on the day, week or month, the pointing of its tasks and a possible communication with the structure if necessary (by calls, SMS or internal messaging).
A digital liaison notebook makes it possible to share information with the various people in the beneficiary’s entourage: the families/ relatives, the staff of the structure and the doctors and/ or nurses in charge of the beneficiary. In the case of health data sharing, the information is only accessible by health professionals.
