Presentation and activity
MonSenior, a Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESUS), designs and manages family care homes for people experiencing loss of autonomy (elderly or disabled). Each home is run by a care professional who lives on-site with their family and up to three elderly or disabled residents, providing personalized, engaging, and respectful support. Our homes are grouped in clusters of three within small, vibrant towns and villages—either rural or peri-urban—aligned with the “Petites Villes de Demain” (Small Towns of Tomorrow) initiative.
Our mission is : Reinventing elderly care by developing an intermediate solution between home care and nursing homes (family care), focused equally on beneficiaries, family caregivers, and care professionals, with the goal to:
- Foster autonomy and social connection for older adults
- Enhance the value of care professions by improving living and working conditions
