Kiné Prévention AURA (KPAuRA)

Occupational and public health prevention by expert physiotherapists

Presentation and activity

Prevention and, more broadly, the management of musculoskeletal disorders are a key focus of the research and actions carried out by the Kiné France Prévention (KFP) network.
For over 40 years, this network has worked across France at the request of numerous public and private partners, local authorities, and institutions. Kiné Prévention AuRA (KPAuRA), an active member of the KFP network, relies on the expertise of a Scientific Council made up of practitioners and prevention specialists. This council conducts research in preventive physiotherapy, develops recommendations, validates reference frameworks, and supports local committees in their evaluation processes. It also accredits training programs, trainers, and educational materials across the national network. Missions and scope of action of KPAuRA: For more than 30 years, KPAuRA has designed, led, and monitored occupational health prevention training programsin partnership with public and private organizations. It also develops public health prevention initiatives targeting vulnerable populations, including older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities. KPAuRA operates at the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, committed to a local, collaborative, and partnership-based approach serving the health and well-being of all.
