The Gérontopôle Centre-Val de Loire brings together a regional ecosystem of stakeholders committed to addressing the demographic transition: ageing professionals, researchers, local authorities, businesses, associations, and citizens. Its missions are structured around three main areas: creating regional momentum by fostering collaborative projects, research, the silver economy, and training; acting as a communication force by raising awareness of ageing issues, combating ageism, and promoting local initiatives; and serving as a centre of expertise by supporting the implementation of public policies, assisting project leaders, and producing knowledge.
