Each senior citizen is supported by a dedicated companion, trained in listening skills. The minimum weekly 30-minute conversations are designed to cheer up, stimulate and offer time that is 100% dedicated to listening. 

To ensure a high-quality connection, each support worker follows a limited number of elderly people (10 to 15 maximum).

The support worker can be contacted if necessary, both by the beneficiary and by the relative identified in the contract.

A call log is provided to ensure transparent monitoring. The trusted third party is alerted if the beneficiary cannot be reached.
