Our digital platform connects people under 30 seeking housing with those over 60 with available rooms. We use an algorithm to match profiles based on characteristics and expectations for ideal cohabitation.

Intergenerational cohabitation offers social and economic benefits, fostering intergenerational connections, combating elderly isolation, solving student housing shortages, offering affordable rent, and improving purchasing power.

Our service is fully digital with straightforward pricing: €15 for people over 60 at contract signing with no additional fees. Contract duration is flexible. Young users pay €15 at signing and a 20% monthly commission on rent (minimum €40).
